Pictures in the Park

We took Phoenix to a nearby park to take some pictures and they came out really great. She did really well most of the time and we were actually able to get quite a few.

We got a toy for Phoenix to push around to help her learn to walk. It took her a while to get used to it and decide that she likes it, but now she pushes it everywhere, even under the table. She is also getting two more teeth in addition to the top one she just got in. So that will make 5 teeth! I can't believe that she is going to be 1 in less that 2 months! I told Zak today that she doesn't have a baby face anymore. It breaks my heart to know that she wont always be my baby (even though she's still is a baby) but we love her so much and that love grows everyday!

Christmas!

So we had a good Christmas this year. Kind of took it easy. We went to Louisiana for my mom's graduation the week before and spent some time with my family. My grandparents were able to make it and it was great to see them. We stayed here for Christmas and had dinner at Zak's parents house. We got some great family pictures and some of Phoenix playing under the tree. Phoenix started getting another tooth last week. Its her third, and its on the top. Check back because I will be putting a video up of hr clapping just as soon as I can get one. :) Love you all and I hope the holidays were great for you!
